The black jar contains Fleur de Sel, a delicate, mineral-rich finishing salt known for its soft texture and refined flavour.
The second jar, filled with Gros Sel (coarse salt), is a special limited edition “Teahupo’o 2024”, created in collaboration with world-famous Tahitian surfer Michel Bourez to celebrate the Tahiti Olympic Surfing Games.

As a role model for young surfers, Michel donates a portion of the profits from this edition to support Te Aho Nui, an emergency shelter for at-risk children aged 3 to 12 in Pirae, Tahiti.
