Our salt begins in the pristine waters of French Polynesia, some of the cleanest in the world.
Located on Motu Temahu, in the lagoon of Bora Bora, seawater is drawn directly from the open ocean, not from the lagoon, ensuring exceptional purity.




Crafted by Nature
Instead of industrial salt marshes, our salts are made in carefully designed basins built to recreate a natural evaporation environment.
Only the sun and the wind are used, nothing more.
As the water evaporates, salt crystals slowly form and grow, just as nature intended.
Depending on the weather, a single harvest can take 3 to 8 weeks.
Selected by Hand
Each crystal is sorted carefully, one by one, using hand tools like tweezers to ensure only the finest texture and purity make it into your jar.
No machines, no industrial refining! Just skill, patience, and attention to detail.
Blended With Polynesian Ingredients
On the island of Bora Bora, our final blends are created and packaged.
All added ingredients — including vanilla, ginger, turmeric, chili, and lime — are grown, harvested, and prepared by local families throughout the islands.
Everything is 100% natural and sourced responsibly from the land and ocean of French Polynesia.
